This week we will be learning all about what Year 5 have been up to! Year 5 have been ecstatic about being back and are keen to show all of their core values in their learning. They were curious when learning about what happened to Odysseus when he was trapped in a cave with a cyclops. Year 5 have been amazingly independent when learning to round decimal numbers and recording results in science. Furthermore, they challenged themselves whilst making clay pots- which is definitely a tedious but worthwhile task!

Year 5 have been inspired this week by Hercules and the 12 impossible tasks. Also, they have shown fantastic resilience in their maths learning when it sometimes was very challenging. During their PE lessons, they have been self-motivated to improve their athletics scores.

Remember, together everyone achieves more.
