Welcome to Cressida’s Dragons class, named after the Children’s Laureate, Cressida Cowell. We are a fantastic team, who are curious and resilient learners. In our class you will find budding sports stars, authors, poets, historians and artists!
In Year 3 we have been drawing still life, practising our sketching skills. We have been learning about the different types of sketching pencils and different shading techniques. We are very proud of our final pieces of art!
In year 3 we have been reading, performing and writing poetry inspired by the poet Joseph Coelho. In these pictures we have been freeze framing sections of his poem Conquer. This poem is about a conker tree which grows in the school playground.
